If any Itechmarine LLC. product fails to perform to the customer's satisfaction we will replace, repair or refund the purchase price of the unit upon request for a period of thirty (30) days from the original invoice date.
 

An online RMA Request Submission is required to process return requests.  Satisfaction return protection applies only to standard equipment purchased factory direct from Itechmarine LLC.  Shipping costs are excluded. Product must be returned in like new condition.  Expenses for custom or engineering work performed for the customer are considered "all sales final" and are excluded.  Once a product is fundamentally altered from its stock configuration it is considered a custom product.  Custom or User Specified products are considered "all sales final" and warranty service is the only manner of return authorized.  Items that are not regularly stocked or large volume orders are generally non-cancelable and non-returnable. Please check prior to purchase if this is a concern.  This return policy cannot be used to create a hot swap condition for previously purchased Wireless Equipment.  Itechmarine LLC. reserves the right to make the final determination on return eligibility at its sole discretion. To start an RMA, you must email sales@itechmarine.com and request an RMA number.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LABOR, LOSS OF PRODUCT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGE.

Premium and OEM Equipment Warranty
 

Itechmarine LLC. offers a one (1) year limited warranty on all parts and assemblies for our line of OEM Equipment unless otherwise specified. Itechmarine LLC. will repair or replace any defective unit during the warranty period commencing at the original purchase date. Itechmarine LLC. reserves the right to provide reconditioned replacement product. Itechmarine LLC. will not under any circumstances repair or replace any  equipment that is damaged by lightning during the warranty period. This equipment can be replaced at current pricing.
 

Cable Assembly Warranty

Itechmarine LLC. offers a 30 day limited warranty on all cable assemblies sold by Itechmarine LLC. Itechmarine LLC. warrants that all cable assemblies will be free of manufacturer defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Cables that are found to be defective will be repaired or replaced depending upon the defect at the sole discretion of Itechmarine LLC. Cables that are damaged by abuse, improper use or improper installation will void all warranty coverage.

Lightning Arrestors

Itechmarine LLC.  offers a one (1) year limited warranty on all lightning arrestors. Itechmarine LLC. warrants that all lightning arrestors will be free of manufacturer defects for a period of one (1) years from the date of purchase.

Resale Product Warranty

Branded products distributed and/or resold by Itechmarine LLC. are covered solely by the original manufacturer's warranty. Returns for warranty service are handled directly with the original equipment manufacturer. Resale product cannot be returned for refund but can be returned for repair.

Warranty

We warrant our manufactured products and assemblies as stated above and to included the following:

These products are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. We cannot warranty our products in case of misuse, acts of God, or consequential damage. Alteration of product cancels all warranties. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any damage beyond the replacement cost of the defective merchandise. Itechmarine LLC. will not be responsible for products not installed correctly and /or any costs incurred such as  labor or technical services incurred during installation. We reserve the right to repair or replace any products that are returned under warranty. Products distributed by us carry the warranty of the respective manufacturer only. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. This limited warranty covers normal use. The limited warranty does not cover damage incurred during shipment, caused by impact with other objects, dropping, immersion in liquid; service by anyone other than us, use not in accordance with instructions, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disasters such as flood, fire, earthquake or lightning, power surges and problems caused by use of power supplies not supplied by us. Warranty coverage will not apply in the event the serial number or brand-name has been removed, altered or defaced. EXCEPT AND TO THE EXTENT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
